Terms and Conditions iwinapp – Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to iwinapp. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the iwinapp platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you as the user ("Member") and iwinapp as the platform provider ("Platform"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any service provided by iwinapp.

To register and use the iwinapp platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. iwinapp takes underage gambling seriously and conducts periodic age verification checks.
• Single account: Each individual is permitted only one active account. Opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Personal use: iwinapp accounts are for personal use only and may not be used on behalf of another person or commercial entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. iwinapp uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identity before allowing the first withdrawal.

Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address
• Screenshot or proof of the payment method used

Iwinapp supports multiple payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other digital methods available to Malaysia players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of bank confirmation.
• The deposit method must be registered under the same name as the iwinapp account holder.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours on working days.
• The first withdrawal requires full KYC verification.
• Funds may only be sent to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the iwinapp account.

Iwinapp offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated in their respective offers.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

1. Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
2. The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time.
3. Iwinapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
4. Using more than one account to obtain bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
5. Some games may contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements.

All games on the iwinapp platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and fair.

For sports betting, iwinapp reserves the right to:

• Cancellation of bets on matches that have been disrupted or proven to involve match-fixing.
• Re-verifying odds and cancelling bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.
• Determining bet settlement methods based on official results recognized by the relevant sports governing body.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, iwinapp's server records are the definitive proof. Results displayed in the user interface are subject to server verification.

As an iwinapp member, you are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring all account information provided is accurate and up to date at all times.
• Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing your account with anyone.
• Report to iwinapp immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Understanding and complying with the gambling laws applicable in your area of residence.
• Place bets using legitimate personal funds and not funds obtained through illegal means.

Iwinapp promotes responsible gaming. You may use the self-control tools provided, including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options, through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

The following are strictly prohibited on the iwinapp platform and will result in immediate action including account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or using more than one account in any capacity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to exploit games or betting.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity using the iwinapp platform.
• Selling, transferring, or commercializing an iwinapp account to another party.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Placing opposing bets to unfairly fulfil bonus wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing staff or other users.

Iwinapp reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months with no transactions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the iwinapp support team. Valid balances will be refunded after all outstanding wagering requirements are met and identity verification is complete.

Iwinapp is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond the platform's control.
• Game results that have been correctly determined in accordance with the relevant game rules.
• Loss of opportunity or anticipated profits that did not materialise.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Withdrawal delays may occur due to legally required verification processes.

In all cases, iwinapp's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, payments, or games, iwinapp provides a structured resolution process:

1. Step One: Contact the iwinapp support team via in-platform live chat. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a written complaint via email to the management team. Include your account number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
3. Step Three: The management team will review and provide an official response within 7 working days.

The iwinapp management team's final decision is binding on all matters relating to games and payments on this platform.

Iwinapp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
